Chapelle Expiatoire

The Chapelle Expiatoire is a neoclassical chapel located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, France. Built between 1816 and 1826, it was commissioned by King Louis XVIII as a memorial to the victims of the French Revolution, particularly those executed during the Reign of Terror.
