The Bridge of Civilizations is a pedestrian bridge across the Vardar River in the centre of Skopje, right beside the Archaeological Museum of North Macedonia. Built as part of the Skopje 2014 project, it is lined on both sides with bronze statues of figures from the region's history, set between ornate lamp posts. It makes an easy, striking crossing between the city centre and the Old Bazaar side, and a good spot for photos of the riverfront.
