Yes. You can take the personality quiz, plan trips, explore destinations, and track your map without paying anything.

VoyaBear Plus is optional. It removes the limits on chat and saved trips, and adds coins for premium tools. Everything else stays free.

The free travel tools — visa checker, cost calculator, packing list, and the rest — work with no account at all.

You need an account for anything VoyaBear has to remember: your travel personality, your trips, your map, your bucket list, and your bears.

The result is a day-by-day plan with real places attached — not a list of famous landmarks. You can swap any activity, move things between days, or ask for a different version entirely.

Yes, and you're meant to. Add your own activities, remove the ones that don't appeal, drag days into a different order, or ask in chat for something more specific — quieter mornings, more food, less walking.

Places, ratings, and location data come from our own destination database, which covers thousands of cities and attractions worldwide.

The wording around them is generated, so treat opening hours, prices, and visa rules as a starting point rather than the final word. Always check the official source before you book or travel.

Not yet. VoyaBear plans the trip; you book it wherever you prefer. Anything you book elsewhere can still be kept alongside the plan in your trip wallet.

Saved trips stay readable when you lose connection, so you can still pull up today's plan on a train or in a dead zone. Anything that needs the AI — new plans, chat, fresh recommendations — waits until you're back online.

Coins unlock bears and pay for premium tools. You earn them by completing daily quests and by exploring — no purchase required.

Spend coins in the bear collection, or hit the milestones tied to specific bears. Each one leans on a different side of a travel personality, so a collection ends up looking like a record of how you travel.

Mark a country as visited and it fills in. Do that a few dozen times and you have an honest picture of how much of the world you've actually seen — plus a fairly motivating amount of blank space.

Unlimited chat, unlimited saved trips, 1,500 coins a year for premium tools, and priority planning when things are busy.

It's £29.99 per year. The live price at checkout always wins if the two ever disagree.

From your subscription settings, any time. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing you created gets deleted when it lapses.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store's subscription settings instead — those platforms own the billing.

No. Payments run through Stripe or the mobile app stores, and card numbers never reach our servers.

What it needs to personalise your trips and keep your account working: sign-up details, your travel preferences and quiz result, the trips and places you save, and basic usage data.

Yes. There's a self-serve deletion page, and you can also email us to have it done for you. Deletion removes your trips, saved places, map, and profile.

Yes — VoyaBear is on iOS and Android, and everything syncs with the web app under the same account.
