Forward the confirmation. It becomes the trip.

The gap between booking a trip and planning one is a folder of confirmation emails you will open exactly once. Flight out, flight back, the hotel, the thing you booked in a hurry at 1am. All of it in a format designed for a printer.

Now you paste it in, or forward it, and VoyaBear reads it. Flights, hotels, whatever else is in there — pulled out and filed against the right trip.

One paste, however many bookings

You don't have to do them one at a time. Paste an outbound and a return together, or three forwarded emails in a row, or a confirmation that happens to contain a flight and a hotel — it pulls out each booking separately. Forward the same email twice and it won't duplicate.

It works before you have a trip

Booking usually happens before planning. If something arrives and there's no trip to attach it to, it lands in an Unsorted bookings trip rather than being dropped — rename it when the trip takes shape.

Ready to try it?

  • Open a trip and go to its bookings
  • Paste a confirmation email in full — you don't need to tidy it up
  • Or forward it to the address shown there and skip the copying
  • Check what it pulled out, and fix anything it read wrong

Try it yourself

Tell VoyaBear where you're going and get a day-by-day itinerary built around how you actually travel — free, and yours to rewrite.
