Planning a trip with chat

How to ask for what you want — and how to fix a plan that isn't quite right.

Start broad, then narrow

You don't need the perfect first message. Ask for the trip, look at what comes back, and correct it. Each correction sticks for the rest of that conversation, so a plan converges quickly.

The corrections that work best

Vague feedback gets vague changes. Say what's wrong in terms of the day itself and the rewrite lands much closer.

  • "Too much walking on day two — spread it out"
  • "Swap the museum for something outdoors"
  • "Nothing before 10am, I'm not a morning person"
  • "Keep day one, redo the rest"
  • "Cheaper dinners, we're saving for the flights"

Tip. Naming the day you want changed — "day three" — keeps the rest of the plan intact instead of regenerating the whole thing.

Ask it to choose for you

If the destination is the undecided part, say so. Give it a season, a budget, and a departure airport, and let it come back with options — then plan the one you like. The free Where Should I Go? tool does a lighter version of the same thing without an account.
